This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders placed with ARS Innovations Services Private Limited may be cancelled and refunds may be requested. Please read it carefully before making a payment.
1. Scope
This policy applies to professional Services (such as web design and development, mobile apps, SEO, digital marketing, data and automation) ordered from the Company and paid for online through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Where a signed proposal or statement of work specifies its own refund terms, those terms take precedence over this general policy.
2. Cancellation by the Client
- You may request cancellation of an order by writing to info@arsinnovationsservices.co.in before work has commenced.
- If a cancellation request is received before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable third-party costs (for example, domain, hosting, licences or paid-media spend) already incurred on your behalf.
- If work has already commenced, charges for the work completed up to the date of cancellation will apply, and only the unused balance (if any) will be refunded.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered for Services that have not been substantially delivered or consumed.
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the payment date.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed custom work and fully delivered Services;
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domains, hosting, plugins, licences, ad spend, etc.);
- Elapsed periods of subscription, retainer or maintenance plans;
- Setup or onboarding fees, once the corresponding work has begun.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 3 business days and credited to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time. Refunds for online payments are processed through Razorpay.
6. Partial Refunds
Where a portion of the work or Service has already been completed or delivered, a partial refund may be granted for the undelivered portion, at the Company’s reasonable assessment.
